YogaPLUS

This 45 minute Vinyasa Class will consist of traditional Yoga Postures with some occasional Pilates, Barre and sculpting with weights. With an emphasis on alignment and breath, participants will gain flexibility, strength, and confidence. This class is offered in a seasonal 8 week series. 

A beginners yoga practice that connects individual poses or "asanas" with deep breaths or "pranayama" in a series of flowing sequences of movement. It's designed to progressively open the body. Each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds.

Beginners Yoga

An upbeat class that utilizes spin bikes for intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, and surges. All to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This class is a great calorie burner and will help build endurance. Come on in for a ride!

Cycle | Spinning

This 45 minute class will be a very core focused class with Pilates, some cardio, some yoga, and some light weights. Get ready to work that core!

PilatesPLUS

Yin & Restore

A 45 minute gentle and relaxing class that is centered around mind clarity, and full body relaxation, in a peaceful environment. This style helps increase body awareness and helps improve your sleep. Suitable for all levels of students. 

Step class is a low to medium level of intensity, aerobic fitness class with some muscle toning and sculpting too! Join Gretchen for some upbeat tunes and a lot of movement to burn those calories and get your sweat on! Steppers, weights, mats, and exercise bands all provided at the studio. 

Step & Tone Class

A calming yoga flow that works to relax both mind and body. The 45 minute practice focuses on holding poses through multiple breaths instead of moving with each breath. Slowing the pace gives each yogi the opportunity to connect more intentionally to their practice. 

Slow Flow

This 1 hour long, Christian centered class contains Vinyasa sequences that harmonize physicality with spirituality. It is a beautiful practice of Vinyasa flows and will finish with some Restorative postures. It provides an amazing workout, heart felt flows, and ends on calming and relaxing reflections.

Vinyasa & Restore

Try this 45 minute gentle and accessible form of exercise. Chair Yoga is a practice we offer while seated in a chair and also using a chair for support. It is a great class for any yoga beginner!
