Functional Fitness
HIIT/Lift
A HIIT style workout (High Intensity Interval Training). This class alternates between fast paced exercises and lighter activity. This method is used to train your heart to expect high impact and rest periods between exercise sets, bringing your heart rate up and down throughout the fitness class. It's a great way to train your heart and get in shape but also to keep challenging your body. This class includes functional fitness, whole body, multi joint exercises that stimulate everyday movement.
