Class intended for athletes training for competitions and or those wishing to obtain
further skill development.

competition training

We run one pickle ball game at a time for 3 hours on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. join us for some good fun and bring your friend! at $5.00 per visitor, you will have a great time! brian and heidi will be there to help you understand the rules and they will set up the games!
 

Pickle ball

A HIIT style workout (High Intensity Interval Training). This class alternates between fast paced exercises and lighter activity. This method is used to train your heart to expect high impact and rest periods between exercise sets, bringing your heart rate up and down throughout the fitness class. It's a great way to train your heart and get in shape but also to keep challenging your body. This class includes functional fitness, whole body, multi joint exercises that stimulate everyday movement.

Bootcamp

A low impact, no cardio, workout that uses weight training to target muscles. We mostly use free weights and resistance bands. Our focus is on gaining muscle definition and strength.

SCULPTING & TONING

A lower body and core workout designed as a hiit training session. our focus is gaining muscle and toning our favorite curvy spots!

Butts & Guts 

KICKBOXING

Get ready to punch, kick, and sweat your way to a stronger, fitter you with our Kickboxing Class! This high-energy workout combines the best of martial arts and cardio to help you tone muscles, improve flexibility, and boost your endurance. this class is perfect for all fitness levels.
